Always fantastic, thoughtful, customer service when servicing my Mini. I've never felt price-gouged and have always felt well taken care of.
When my 2007 mini broke down on Dec 24th, I had it towed to the dealership. When they reopened, I was already back in Rochester NY. Andre called me with the results, and I decided to proceed with the repairs (Clutch). Amanda kept me in the loop during the repairs. Excellent team and customer service!

I came in for repeat service of the thermostat on my 2011 Mini. I was quite upset that this service was required again only after 3 yrs, however after speaking with Amanda and Andre we were able to settle a deal that was satisfying and fair. Definitely this dealership has excellent customer service and are concerned for the well being of the vehicles and their owners. Both Amanda and Andre expressed empathy for my situation and showed urgency to make things right. Definitely recommend and will come back to this dealership.
