Had a regular maintenance oil change and brake flush. .all good and done on time as promised.. Service reception guy was Ferdinand and he was very efficient and helpful..
First time buying a mini. Arsen was awesome to work with in helping us learn about these cars and finding the right one for us, as was his manager Ian. Very helpful, very professional and took the time to answer my seemingly endless questions. Ferdinand and the service team were also fantastic to deal with. Went in to get my winter tires changed out they washed my car which was unexpected but much appreciated! Everyone went above and beyond.

The store environment is very nice, the reception staff is very professional, detailed and timely. And I am glad that this 4S store has Chinese staff who can speak Mandarin.
