We were thrilled with our experience at Mini Vaughan West. This is the fourth mini we have purchased from them and they always take excellent care of us. From the test drive to the purchase to the delivery of our new mini, we are treated with professionalism and care. Our sales rep, Wesley, went above and beyond to make make sure our expectations were surpassed.
Fernando the service advisor took the time to look after my mini and me. Jesse the mechanic was outstanding, they both made me feel heard and seen and now I’m back feeling confident in my convertible again
I received an excellent service last time I visited. Not only did the tire swap completer faster that I anticipated, staff (Ferdinand) was also willing to address other issue I raised pertaining to the discrepancy with time displayed on instrumental and central panels of my car.
Ferdinand was amazing. My wife hadn’t really driven her mini since the beginning of the pandemic. When she decided to get it serviced and drive again she didn’t want to be taken advantage of by the dealership. Ferdinand was very fair compared to mini Toronto or mini Markham. My mini was in for regular maintenance. He was very courteous. Unfortunately I waited a long time for completion but it wasn’t Ferdinand’s problem. He was very professional the whole time.
Service representative Ferdinand was very professional and courteous. My winter tire swap was completed on time and without any issues. I will continue to use this dealership for this service.
Had a regular maintenance oil change and brake flush. .all good and done on time as promised.. Service reception guy was Ferdinand and he was very efficient and helpful..
First time buying a mini. Arsen was awesome to work with in helping us learn about these cars and finding the right one for us, as was his manager Ian. Very helpful, very professional and took the time to answer my seemingly endless questions. Ferdinand and the service team were also fantastic to deal with. Went in to get my winter tires changed out they washed my car which was unexpected but much appreciated! Everyone went above and beyond.
