I worked with Ferdinand at the Mini Service desk- he was terrific, professional and had everything ready for me. Ferdinand also called me to let me know the day before that everything was ready for me to pick up- great follow-up. I was helped out by Jesse as well who was very pleasant and friendly. Outstanding customer service.
