They aim to please. Never an issue getting an appointment, even on fairly short notice. Great coffee in the showroom waiting area. Car was washed, and no surprises and very fair pricing.

I hit a pothole and severely damaged a tire. Luckily we’d purchased the road hazard warranty when we leased our Countryman. Mini Vaughan West had me back on the road with a new tire, safety check and a complementary car wash in record time. All in all, a great experience!
Amanda and Walter in Service did a great job. No complaints there whatsoever - Pleasant, helpful, efficient. Oil change and replacement belt (under warranty) handled quickly and painlessly. This would be a 5-star review ... if it weren't for the obscenely-high prices of the quotes on some of the service my vehicle needed. As a simple example: - $158 in labour (the hour rate) ... to install a new battery ... while performing other service items. Update - My mechanic is done re-and-re the alternator - Total time it took ... just under 2 hours. At DEALER labour rates ... that $158x2 ... or $316.00 What exactly were MINI VAUGHAN WEST mechanics going to be doing on my dime for the other 5 hours ($1100/$158=7 hours) that this job was supposedly going to take?!?!?

Always friendly and helpful. I love that they take care of my 'baby' and don't take advantage of me. I drive one hour to see them even though there is a dealer closer to me!! They make it worth the drive!
