RecommendedDr. Simons and her staff made our decision of putting down our baby girl Jazmine much earier, they were very professional, discussed what was. going on with our girl and explained what she was going to do, she gave us plenty of family time with her and cut off some of her hair for us & made 2 paw print keepsakes for us. She asked us if we wanted to be in the room during euthanization, which we definitely did, we weren't gonna bail out on her in her final moments! We love Dr. Simon!! She is always willing to take the extra time to not only make our fur baby is happy and healthy but she always answers any questions we might have. I never feel rushed even when they are busy! Dr. Simon is the best!!
I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else. Everyone is friendly, kind and compassionate.
Friendly staff. Great Dr.s They have a groomer on site as well - she’s really sweet. They listen to you and work with you when your pet is in need - My dog suffers from severe separation anxiety and they’ve worked with me to get him on the right meds -that helps him calm down a bit. They also have someone who can work with dogs in a therapeutic way! 😃
Minooka Animal Hosp is a very clean and updated hospital. Very friendly, personable and knowledgeable! From the minute you walk in to the moment you walk out the entire staff is amazing. And the place smelled great too!!
