The chicken pie was much better than the steak and fries, but both were tasty. The portions are small. The salads were delicious and imaginative. The wine list is very interesting, but the glasses are left two-thirds empty. The live music was terrific, but started so late in the evening that we left after a few songs.
The fixed price menu for lunch is always a treat...Mirabelle has always provided something interesting on the menu that one can experience (especially for foodies). I always enjoy their unusual soups and delicious desserts.
A really nice addition to the neighborhood eateries. In its prior incarnation, the Three Village Inn was nothing - now we finally have a good place to go for dinner. Guy Rouge is fantastic, and so is the connected Merrible.
A wonderful dining experience !! Rustic setting, good service etc. The cocktail glasses could be a bit more filled; they were half-filled only. The price certainly merited a full glass. The meal was excellen t and the salads unusual and delicious.
Very nice place. The appetizer was good but the main course was just ok.
Mirabelle Tavern offers tavern/bistro fare created by top chef Guy Reuge. Tavern fare with top chef creativity, nuances, depth of flavor and dedication to quality, plus the welcoming warmth of Mariah Reuge, plus a transporting interior that brings one back to perhaps colonial days -- beautiful old style windows, fireplaces, plus complete attention to detail while maintaining an elegant yet casual atmosphere, and the exquiste location of the calm waterfront makes for an oasis of a dining experience. We've been patrons of Mirabelle's before they moved to Three Village Inn for several years. The food was good, loved the new space, casually elegant. For our main course, my husband had the rainbow trout, I had the beet salad and personal pizza. The pizza was slightly dry and the crust was burnt around the edges. The rainbow trout was excellent. This area desparately needed an upscale Tavern, a place to enjoy a glass of wine on a Friday evening with some casual food. We are looking forward our next visit.
Great Service. Missed dinner choices that are not consistently available.
Only been for lunch so far and everything we ordered was tasty. Service was a little on the slower side but very polite. Overall was a good experience and I will go back often. Great location for taking a nice walk before or afterwards also and look forward to having cocktails and dinner there in the future.
