RecommendedMy dog tangled with a porcupine and lost. I got almost half of the quills out of his face and some from his tongue and gums before he wouldn’t let me do anymore. The staff at Mission Vet were kind, courteous, and friendly.

Our dog got into a porcupine in the middle of the night and needed some help immediately. Mission Vet was extremely helpful and kept their doors open (even though my husband arrived at closing time) to help relieve our dog of the 400+ quills! Thank you so much! Where do I begin? Mission Vet Specialty and Emergency has always been our go to for any of our pets needs. Dr. Howard, Chris and Kam always take amazing care of Krieger in oncology and recently we had a terrible couple of weeks when one of our dogs Drogo fell ill and was needing to be hospitalized on and off for a few weeks before we took him to surgery. Got an appt. quickly after referral from our Vet, for our dog that had been limping. The staff, and the surgeon Dr. Witsberger explained our options for treatment, including the cost. Our dog had surgery on May 15th, and is on the mend for a chipped bone. I was kept in the loop regarding every step the day of surgery, and his after care was explained in great detail. Very impressed with how we were treated, and would definitely recommend Mission Vet.
