Staff was very caring, even tho it was late night hours. The doctor spent time explaining Otis’ needs without rushing or making us feel like we were taking up her time. The doctor's time with us by phone (due to Covid) and in person made us feel better about the difficult decision we had to make that night. This was our first visit to MissionVet. I think we have found a new vet for our furbabies.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience from start to finish. I didn't know what to expect, I've never put one of my dogs through surgery before, so I was especially nervous about the process and how it works. I was impressed by how much contact the staff kept with me after I dropped my dog off. I was updated on what time they think they'll get him in, when he actually is going in, any potential concerns they see and how that changes their plan, how he's doing post-op. Being in the Veterinary field myself, I was really pleased with the over all service I received by the team at mission. I've had to bring my dog in twice, once for a speciality referral and the other for an emergency, and both teams were fantastic. His discharge paperwork was superb. It was nice to go home with doctor notes and not just an invoice. Thank you for everything! Hope I won’t have to be back for a while but if I do, I have complete confidence and trust in the team.

The care and help we received will forever be etched in our hearts. We had to take our sweet Fancy in for emergency purposes. She was over 17 years old and the staff and vet were so patient and answered all our questions and allowed us to process our options. We are so grateful that everyone did ALL they could for our sweet girl! We picked up our sweet girl’s ashes today and I was overwhelmed with how we received her. Can't say enough positive things about this wonderful place! I had to put my girl down but they were so kind and compassionate it made it as easy as possible to do so. Complete opposite of the first vet I took her to. Your fur kids could not be in better hands.

Our Bella woke up with a limp one morning very early. I was frantic and called around to other locations but they could do nothing, When I called MissionVet they told me to bring her right over. Due to Covid, we had to wait outside but that wait was so very short. They treated Bella so well from the start making a friend very quickly. We waited outside for less than an hour when the doctor called and updated us. Although they had to do a few more tests and that we could go home and they would call.
