RecommendedI've been to this clinic with two different pets and will continue to use this clinic for after hours emergencies. The staff are great to work with and have been truly exceptional with their knowledge. They have been on-point with diagnosis. My ONLY negative comment is that payment plans or pay extensions are granted. When you find a stray animal and don't expect to pay thousands of dollars, it leaves the good Samaritan at a huge disadvantage. RecommendedAn emergency brought us in, but in a matter of minutes, the staff was able to triage and get our dog stable. The staff was flooded that day but they kept their composure and professionalism with many worried pet owners. They were upfront and transparent with all possible costs and fees before performing any services. No surprises. I'd recommend to my family and friends.

RecommendedMission vet hospital is our go to for emergency care. our cat Rhea started having respiratory distress at 0100 and she needed urgent medical care. The doctor and staff were wonderful. They kept us informed about her condition and gave her the help she needed. Thank you so much to the staff for saving my baby.

RecommendedThe staff and Dr who cared for Alice was very helpful, comforting and I felt they really cared for my baby like she was family. Made me feel a little better and more at ease not being able to be with her. It definitely took way longer than expected, however I understand they had emergency surgeries coming in and other babies that were unresponsive and more in more critical condition BUT they still made sure to check in on Alice and made sure she was stable. RecommendedYou guys seems to have it all together from curbside service to signing documents via DocuSign. You explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. We felt like we were leaving Chico in best hands ever. We also love the daily updates on how he was doing during his short stay, but our favorite thing was receiving pictures of him during his stay. You my dog Chico is my child and I new my child was in the best hands. So thank you all for getting us through Chico’s surgery. 😊

RecommendedEveryone was so nice and compassionate! The technician who came out to triage Daisy was so amazing! He understood Daisy's symptoms as being something that could be critical so he made sure she was taken in as a drop off. Daisy is very nervous initially with people she doesn't know and she did growl a bit at first, but he was so good with her and we felt comfortable leaving her there to be examined. Helping our Daisy hopefully get back on the road to recovery and pain free.
