RecommendedThe staff and Dr who cared for Alice was very helpful, comforting and I felt they really cared for my baby like she was family. Made me feel a little better and more at ease not being able to be with her. It definitely took way longer than expected, however I understand they had emergency surgeries coming in and other babies that were unresponsive and more in more critical condition BUT they still made sure to check in on Alice and made sure she was stable. You guys seems to have it all together from curbside service to signing documents via DocuSign. You explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. We felt like we were leaving Chico in best hands ever. We also love the daily updates on how he was doing during his short stay, but our favorite thing was receiving pictures of him during his stay. You my dog Chico is my child and I new my child was in the best hands. So thank you all for getting us through Chico’s surgery. 😊

Everyone was so nice and compassionate! The technician who came out to triage Daisy was so amazing! He understood Daisy's symptoms as being something that could be critical so he made sure she was taken in as a drop off. Daisy is very nervous initially with people she doesn't know and she did growl a bit at first, but he was so good with her and we felt comfortable leaving her there to be examined. Helping our Daisy hopefully get back on the road to recovery and pain free.

Dr Witsberger and all the staff are fabulous. Our dog had ACL surgery at a different facility last year. After healing he just didn’t seem like the same dog. He started having neck and back issues after his 8 week check up. After several attempts to figure out what was wrong only to hear he was fine. We decided he needed to see some one else. Thank god we went to see Dr Witsberger he saw the issues and took time to have a lengthly conversation with us and answered all our questions. Our dog then had a second ACL surgery on ... read more
