I rented from Missoula Property Management for 2 years and never had any issues. The staff was always courteous and polite and whenever an issue arose with the unit itself it was handled timely and in a professional manner. The property grounds itself was maintained weekly which made it a nice place to come home to. I have also had several friends and co-workers who have rented from them as well that would say the same. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
They lie, they screw perfect tenants out of their deposits. They make you have the carpets professionally cleaned when you move out. You use someone they recommend you pay for it and they have another company come in and clean them again and charge you for it. They have you do your move in sheet and then hire a professional to do your check out. They allow drug users and drug dealers to live there and have children in the same apartment.
