I’m a very clean, quiet, and respectful person whereever I live. In the year and a half that I was living in my apartment I took complete and perfect care of it. After I got my security deposit in the mail I saw that there was a $300.00 charge for damages when there were NO damages. They even charged me for cleaning when I made it very clear I cleaned the apartment before I left. Do yourself a favor and never give your money to these people. Because they will throw you on the streets after 3 years and tell you they’ve already rented your place. And give you no explanation for ‘not renewing your lease’ or allow you any extra time to finish your move out properly. Not even one day. So they can keep your double deposit. These people give absolutely zero cares about anyone who has a felony and they lie. you call and ask about felons, they say if not violent or sexual they don't care. You pay $50 to apply, oh you are a felon, denied.
Wow, where to even begin. I had a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with MPM. I lived there for about a year and a half. The entire time living there I was continuously harassed by my next door neighbor. Once it first started, I wrote MPM an email and they had told me that my neighbor was on his final warning, and that he had an unauthorized pet in his apartment and if I were to see it again, or be harassed by him I should let them know and further actions would be taken...since it was his LAST warning. I believe it is ethically disgraceful that any property management company would find it prudent to increase the rent on any of its residents during the current economical and pandemic situation. truly appalling that this company finds a way to justify doing this to so many individuals and families.

1. Don't use an outsourced call center to answer phone calls when they don't have appropriate information. 2. If you are not locally owned that should be indicated, I for one prefer to only do business with locally owned businesses.
Terrible experience with this company. They tried to charge for an excessive amount of cleaning that was very unnecessary. They also tried to charge me beacuse they installed cheap appliances and hardware that broke with normal wear and tear. I did threaten legal action and they immediately gave me my entire deposit back.
