Scammers. Trying to charge for prior tenant’s damages. Considering legal action.
Great people tell its time to move out then you get treated like crap. No reason to go out of your way to spend money on cleaning and getting the carpets done when they try to take your deposit away for stuff that was there when you moved in.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. MOVED OUT OF A HOUSE 4 YEARS AGO. HAD ALL OF THE PAPER WORK SIGNED TO GET MYSELF AND MY DAD WHO CO-SIGNED OFF OF IT. HAD TO GO BACK EVERY YEAR SINCE TO SIGN THE SAME PAPER WORK BECAUSE THEY HAD "NO RECORD OF IT" AND WOULD NEVER PROVIDE COPIES OF ANYTHING. NOW THAT THE TENANT WHO RESIDED THERE FOR THOSE 4 YEARS MOVED OUT FINALLY, DIDNT PAY HER BILLS AND TRASHED THE PLACE. A huge influx in 5 star reviews by people who 'work with' aka get paid by Missoula property management in the past week. Hmm. Seems pretty staged to me. They can vouch all they want, just make me trust you less!
