I come here for all maintenance of my civic. They do great work. Except this time! I made an appointment for the morning and arrived at 9:45am for a rear break job. I called around noon and asked if it would be a problem to add a cooling system flush or if I should make a separate appointment. I was told no problem we can add that for you. The shop closes at 6 and I hadn't received a phone call yet so I head to the dealership and get here at 3:50pm. They didn't even start working on my car until 4:10pm.. why did I drop my ca... read more
