Best service ever!! This company is amazing. They answer their phones which is unheard of. They immediately FedExed the part I needed and sent a technician to install it correctly. I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful people who work there. Above and beyond anything I could have needed.

The Harmony 3.0 is a very comfortable mattress. Our first mattress was delivered with a defect. The customer service department was extremely helpful and replaced the mattress immediately. No hassles and free delivery. We will purchase from MLILY in the future.
