We bought two XL twins less than one year ago. Been very happy with them except one began to sag. I submitted a claim and the warranty process was clear and hassle-free. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to ship out a new mattress. I would buy them again given their level of customer support.
The Harmony 3.0 is a very comfortable mattress. Our first mattress was delivered with a defect. The customer service department was extremely helpful and replaced the mattress immediately. No hassles and free delivery. We will purchase from MLILY in the future.

I love my Mlily mattress. I got the Fusion Supreme King. It’s definitely the best mattress I’ve slept on. I did have one issue: The zipper of the mattress cover got caught on my bedding and broke but I reached out to Mlily and sent some pictures and they had a new mattress cover sent to me within 2 days. Great customer service!! I will definitely continue to buy your products in the future!
