I love my Mlily mattress. I got the Fusion Supreme King. It’s definitely the best mattress I’ve slept on. I did have one issue: The zipper of the mattress cover got caught on my bedding and broke but I reached out to Mlily and sent some pictures and they had a new mattress cover sent to me within 2 days. Great customer service!! I will definitely continue to buy your products in the future!

My parents have a tempurpedic and our MLily is just as good. We bought two for the kids. 8 years after we bought ours it started to sag in the middle and MLily replaced it and renewed the warranty quickly and with no problems. I highly recommend them!
MLILY made good on a hybrid mattress we purchased that was not meeting their standards. Our new mattress was delivered promptly and MLILY made good on the warranty after providing to them the necessary requirements. The hybrid mattress was recommended by our chiropractor and has significantly helped my wife with her osteoporosis. I am also getting a better nights sleep. This move was long overdo.

We bought a Milly king size adjustable bed also purchased Milly King Mattress and 2 Milly King size Memory foam Pillows probably close to 4years ago from a local store.. My husband nor myself to be completely honest have been able to sleep in our bed because of back pain a specially my husband. He works on a river boat for 3weeks and then home for 3 . Bought a mattress that is defective called and sent pictures and they only want to refund 30% that is not ok. They wanted me to shrink the mattress and get back in the box and ship back to them that can't happen cause it's a California king mattress and will not fit in box they refuse to come and get mattress I want my full refund and they can come get the junk of a mattress
Purchased a mattress that is defective and they only want to give 30%refund. Their customer service is bad. They take advantage of there customers .they will ask you to keep sending pictures of the mattress and still only offer 30% refund they should be ashamed of there company
