RecommendedAlton and Joyce Dailey have been patients since March 2017. Darla and Lori have been great to work with. They never pushed to the extent that we hurt, but made sure that we worked out to the extent of our ability. We're doing very well now and miss seeing them and their great personalities. Chris, the front desk manager, made sure that we always had the appointment times we wanted and he always did that with a very pleasant attitude. It was always good to see him in the morning.
I just love the four corners location Darla, Lori and Chris are amazing I wouldn't go to any other therapy place. Me and my husband Warren both have been patients. Been going for years now.
When I first went to Four Corners Health & Rehab in Clermont, I was suffering from vertigo. Within a short period of time, Cindy, who was the physical therapist treating me had me feeling much better. The staff at FCHR are all wonderful and I would definitely recommend them for all of your physical therapy needs.

Great experience!! I worked with Cindy who showed me many different exercises to help with my strength and balance issuses. Everything that she showed me could be continued at home which was very helpful!! Thanks FCHR!!
Hobbled into my first appointment with poor posture as a result of sciatica that I had been dealing with for 3-5 years. Cindy evaluated me and we got started on a program. There was some work involved on both our parts, but I had a dramatic improvement after several months. I learned a lot about my body in the process, signed up at a local gym, and am 95% now with good posture, and pain free. Hats off to Cindy for her hard work, and both her & Stefenie for making it fun.
Prior to joining the family at Four Corners Health and Rehab, I wasn't seeing results with other physical therapists. I had tried several different offices and therapists, without making progress.
