Hobbled into my first appointment with poor posture as a result of sciatica that I had been dealing with for 3-5 years. Cindy evaluated me and we got started on a program. There was some work involved on both our parts, but I had a dramatic improvement after several months. I learned a lot about my body in the process, signed up at a local gym, and am 95% now with good posture, and pain free. Hats off to Cindy for her hard work, and both her & Stefenie for making it fun.
Prior to joining the family at Four Corners Health and Rehab, I wasn't seeing results with other physical therapists. I had tried several different offices and therapists, without making progress. Four Corners Clermont downtown is the best! I had old injuries acting up from 20 years ago. The pain would come and go over the years but since Cindy and her team worked wonders, it's been a few years with no trouble in that same area. Love this group and I'd send my family to them in a heartbeat. Oh! Wait! My family has been in this office many many times. Thank you Cindy, Stephanie, Juanita (VL), Hilary and Best dressed Ben.
