RecommendedI've gone to FCHR in the downtown Clermont office, for all my rehabilitation needs, which includes a wide range of injuries. Cindy is awesome, experienced, knowledgeable, with the right mix of patience and motivation. Ben the others are great as well. Even Stephanie, AKA "The Master of all that's important" is awesome in the front office. Overall, I highly recommend them.
They are very nice and helpful. Helped me with my sciatica. Still doing my stretches. No problems since!

I went to this office for my feet and the staff was truly amazing! They were really nice and were determined to help me and get me out of there.
I came here 6 years ago for an issue with my knee. After that I joined the military and served for 5 years. Then I had some surgery on my shoulder and I requested to come back. I love the whole team and they even remembered me after 6 years away! I highly would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy

Four corners health & rehabilitation has made my road to recovery an enjoyable one. When I got there I had little hope for improvment. The team created a training regimine designed specifically for my needs. Needless to say, my shoulder feels like new. The staff has become like family, and when I finished it was hard to say goodbye
Ok! So I had this quadricep problem and my doctor said you need PT. A friend told me about 4 Corners in Clermont. The staff is amazing from my first phone call to Stephanie who always makes your day seem brighter even if you are in pain to the fantastic physical therapist Cindy who gives me hope and great exercises. The staff is always very accommodating. The whole staff makes you feel like you are part of this nurturing family.
I have cerebral palsy and going to therapy as often as I do can become very tiring and mundane. HOWEVER the people at Four Corners Health and Rehab are very motivating and positive! They are a great group of people who are constantly looking for new ways to help me improve my quality of life. I'm so very grateful FCHR!
