There was an online course that we required to take at the end of our home search. We should have taken that much sooner in the process for it to have been useful. I was also told to reach out for help when searching for homeowners insurance. I reached out multiple times and never got a response. I had to send the same documents in multiple times to different employees. It seemed very unorganized and a little unsettling when it's all your personal inform.
