Communication, working with Molly and her staff
Better communication. I would send an email and it seemed like it went into a void on more than one occasion. Sometimes it was because I sent and email and the response came via a phone message which I was not expecting.
Open communication and thorough answers helped me understand the process. There are so many moving parts. Molly's team made it seem seamless!

Everyone I talked to from LeaderOne was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. It was also nice to put a face with a name at the closing with Andrew being there. The only thing I would mention is for some reason when I received calls from members of the team, it would pop up as a SPAM caller ID. Other than that it was great.
