This process took long, i understand these things take time but there were 0 updates from the LeaderOne team unless i asked them directly for an update. The lack of transparency made this more stressful than it needed to be, i never knew if progress was being made or if something was waiting on me to be done. Dates were miscommunicated more than once, promised call backs were never received and the overall experience was just worse than expected. Rates were great, signing day was easy.
