Mon-Clair Heating and Cooling was great to work with. My thermostat was broken and needed to be replaced; they responded quickly and arrived right on time. They determined that the thermostat I had purchased wouldn’t work due to the age of the property, explained why, and offered a suitable alternative. The new thermostat was installed and everything was working perfectly within about 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I am a out of state Investor. I had a HUD inspection set up and my manager showed up early to make sure everything was good. Just to find out, it was about 100° inside the house and the heater would not shut off. Nick from.Mon-Clair heating and cooling was able to show up within 15 minutes of contact. Made the repair before the Inspector got there. Saved the day. I highly recommend Nick for his professionalism and honesty.
