From Dr. Patel, very professional & knowledgeable & has a sense of humor, Tracy, assistant, helpful & accommodating & funny, to Leslie at the front desk, also helpful & always with a smile & the receptionist that day, ( Sorry I don’t know her name) facilitated my visit. RecommendedAwesome check in process during COVID-19 issue. Staff even though short staffed asked me to be patient but I was seen quickly and Dr. O’ Brian was awesome. My teeth need work and she came up with a game plan and explained what I can expect. I’ve been thru dental issues mainly injuries from accidents. So, I get nervous but felt very calm and relaxed by the trust I developed in just a few minutes into my exam.
