Unbelievably rude! My child had dental work in 2022. We are currently paying on that amount and are not behind on our end. Two times in the last 3 years, there office failed to withdraw the MUTUALLY AGREED upon amount from my account, then with 2 different office managers, tried to make me pay for their mistakes! Furthermore, since I forced them to adhere the the payment agreement, they are refusing their services to me and my family until my account is settled! The most unprofessional company I've ever been involved with!
Took my son there to get a consultation because he needed work done there and they wasted my money and time knowing they couldn’t provide the surgery because their doctors do not have the credentials in Montana. I paid out of pocket for the appointment. He could not even get a follow up appointment even scheduled.
Dr. Chris, Dr. Weeks and the whole staff was amazing! One hell of a practice and i would trust them with any of my kids!
Brought my boys in and immediately was impressed with how friendly and kind everyone was! The hygienists and Dr. Richards were great with the boys and worked quickly and efficiently. Dr Richards took the time to answer my questions and discuss treatment options. It was a great experience and we look forward to continuing our boys’ care here.
Montana Kids Dental has always served our family with professionalism and a great attitude. Even when rescheduling needs come up they promptly take care of the necessary communication and accommodate our busy schedule well. The billing staff is amazing to work with and willing to explain things fully, making all of the interactions we have had very positive.
