11/10 the best pediatric dentist experience ever. I was super nervous for my five year old to get getting cavities filled. But they where super sweet and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. I will never take her anywhere else !
My 13yr old was seen there and I would highly recommend having your kids seen here. She had to have the gums on two of her teeth removed. The Dr and staff made her feel comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. We had to be seen at the Helena office even though we live closer to the Great Falls office, but I would be willing to make the drive to the Helena office again if needed since they took such good care of my daughter.
Both the Dentist and anesthesiologist were very helpful and kind in regards to my child's procedure. They communicated weeks, days, hours before, during the procedure, and have reached out after to check on our kiddo. Fabulous experience!!
We found Montana Kids Dental after trying many different pediatric dentists in Helena. The staff here is welcoming and reassuring to children. They do not push X-rays and procedures on scared children before they are ready for it. Instead they wait until children can handle being seen. Providing services to multiple patients in one room, with patient information visible on every screen is absolutely unacceptable! Having private conversations about patient in front of everyone is not only embarrassing but unethical! My child's "cleaning" took about 30 seconds and was absolutely pointless! Will never return or recommend. Should be shut down!
