The sales and work crew at Montell Construction were really easy to work with. We ran into a little snag with the start time but it was not a deal breaker. They did a super job!

Our overall experience went from anxious to joyous! Montell Construction, especially Will + Zach, exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Our 3 season porch is beautiful. Those crazy guys kept coming back everyday, even when it was 8 degrees and had snowed 6 inches overnight. Their attention to detail surpassed even my pickiness. They love Christmas cookie!! We were so pleased that they are now replacing our roof! Thanks CHad, George, Will + Zach for our new porch!
Outstanding work from beginning to end. The entire process was very professional. The work crew was very careful of foliage and did a great job cleaning up. I was very impressed by their perseverance, especially given the sub-zero temperatures. Will strongly recommend!
These guys do a good job! Montell Construction did an excellent job building our three season room. It was our first time using them, and everything turned out great. They do a great job. They're obviously dedicated to their work, but the project took longer than we were expecting. We were expecting the work to be done by Thanksgiving, but they just finished today. So it was two weeks late. The workers, and the work, were excellent. Our only objection is it took longer than we were expecting.
End product was very good; his crew very good; sales around it, not so good. Montell Construction built a deck around my house, connecting the two that I have. His team that did the work was very good and the work they did was remarkable and exceptional. I was very happy with the end product and, from that perspective alone, I would recommend. Crew was there and started working even earlier than expected. They worked very efficiently and picked up after themselves immediately. Very nice job.
The part-owner did try to make things right, but the cleaning really needs to be better. I think Montell Construction needs some real improvement in the cleanup department. They put on a whole new roof and had to take off two layers, which is a big deal, but I don't know why I should have to go out and pick up roofing material from the yard. From despair to beauty! Montell Construction went above and beyond for us. The crew is great. George is wonderful. Their work is beautiful. I wish I could convey in this review what our house looked like before they did work on it. We even had a movie company contact us asking if they could use our house in a scene that required a shabby looking house! The house before and the house after are two completely different places.
