They did a great job. They cleaned up site well after the job was complete and the work was done professionally. Greatly appreciate their patients with my not so stellar neighbors. I will definitely recommend services to friends and family.
We are thrilled with our deck/pergola project. Despite some minor setbacks, Montell came through with a quality product, excellent crew for construction, and within the agreed-upon budget and deadline. Would definitely recommend and return for future projects.
Montell Construction replaced twelve windows in our sunroom area. Everything turned out wonderful. It was great work. Very timely and cleaned up after themselves. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great work done!
No hidden costs everything was spelled out in our contract.Roofing crew worked extremely hard, efficiently and very considerate of our space, during construction.
Montell Construction is creating a four season room for us and the project is still being completed. The workers are showing up on time and keeping things. They send out generally two workers at a time to work on the room and it is moving along !
Very accommodating, excellent company. We first hired Montell Construction to do siding on our house. While they were here for the siding, we had them do the windows too. Then the roof curled up and they put on a new roof for us. They did all of this in the middle of winter during a blizzard. We liked Montell Construction. They were nice and friendly. They cleaned up well. They worked around our 6 dogs. When they did the windows, they took them out one by one so we wouldn't have too much snow blowing into the house.
Horrible company They will take advantage of you and lie about having their own crews. I would suggest using a more reputable company as this company can’t meet their contractual obligations. If you had work done by this company be sure to follow up as they probably didn’t do what they agreed to. Karma.
