Excellent customer service! I am a repeat customer of Montell Construction. The most recent project was residing an external garage that I have, I also had them install new gutters and downspouts. They were punctual and they worked quickly. I had some structural issues that they helped me resolve. Smooth process before construction began. Previously they redid all of the gutters and downspouts on my main house along with some other work.
They answered questions when asked. 100% satisfaction!

This is a 5 star company. They were friendly, expedient, punctual, and professional. Overall cost met my expectations.
Overall a positive experience. From a construction perspective the job Montell did a fine job. They started and completed the roofing job on time and finished when they said they would. Clean up was very thorough. The problem was with the sales approach. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional. When he presented the estimate I asked if it included the 60% off labor that had been advertised on the radio plus the 500.00 off if you mentioned the radio add. Montell took all the responsibility on themselves. We hired Montell Construction to do a couple of different jobs. First the installed a ramp for my father in law. He is 97 and he needed to have a temporary ramp installed to help him get into the house. It looks nice. They also installed a new roof and new gutters. They were very professional about it. The team working here was great. They did a fantastic and exceptional job with my house. Jeff and his crew were great to work with. My house looks wonderful.
From office to salesman to crew, Montell Construction was great. The crew did a very professional job and cleanup. The only delays we experienced were weather-related.
