Verified Renter I like the area around here. A lot of things around here i.e. stores to buy food and laundromats. Met a couple of neighbors around and they seem to have a pretty calm demeanor. Also seems like the main office personnel actually care about what's going on around here with the tenants, like for mother's Day. They had a create a bouquet for mothers day event. So far it has been pretty well.
Verified Renter Well maintained older apartment complex in West Irving. Any maintenance issues (and they have been few) are handled in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Covered parking is available (for an additional fee), and there is also a valet trash service. Neighborhood is mostly quiet. All in all, a good place to live.
