Overall the experience was satisfactory. The issue I had was a timing problem in my move from CA to GA. I had approx. 6 days to secure transportation due to complications, and the booking agent assured me that "most" vehicles would be picked up within 1-5 days. As this met my timeline, I secured an order andawaited confirmation. The problem was communication, in that while I waited confirmation for a transporter, I received only sporadic updates, sometimes a few days apart.
