Montway Dispatch worked with me to deliver my vehicle on time at my convenience. The driver was extremely professional and notified us 1 hour our and 10 minutes out. Very pleased with scheduling, communications, vehicle handling and delivery experience.
Angel helped get things set up, even though I needed to change pickups dates. He was always reassuring that no request was too big. The driver that delivered our car (Mike) was very nice and very helpful, making sure we checked the car's condition at delivery. Mike called about 8 hours prior to set a delivery time and he wasright on schedule. The whole shipping experience was very positive!
Great. Live chat with Angel was really helpful, he was great. I had a follow up with another person, unfortunately I can't remember her name, she was great too. Everything went completely perfect, and the trucker Joey was amazing. He got the car here faster than I expected, and is a serious pro. I couldn't be happier with thewhole experience.
