Very easy to use your website to place an order. It took a little longer to pick up the vehicle than I expected. The driver however arrived 3 days earlier than excepted. I did not like having to pay an additional fee for the pick up and delivery?
Very responsive support team, vehicle was available for pick up on 11th - actually booked for pick up on the 22nd Pick up was on time, and a very detailed bill of lading inspection was performed. Truck driver communication was great, and the car was delivered ahead of estimated schedule. Vlad, and Alex were friendly and helpful as they unloaded, anddid another inspection as they explained all items listed on BOL

I rate your service "5 stars" because my vehicle arrived promptly, in excellent condition and the drivers went out of their way to accommodate me. I would recommend this company highly and especially those young men who made this possible. They worked very hard to bring my car to me sacrificing sleep and all!
