Received my door and it was the exact measurement of the hole in my door, Petsmart suggested I replace my backyard door and a new pet door from them of course. The first thing I noticed is the quality of the material and after looking it over I see the workmanship is flawless ! I installed it and the difference was immediate in blocking a fairly strong & warm Texas breeze and my kitchen has finally started to be comfortable to sit in without the blast furnace hole now that my new, custom built Moore pet door has replaced the plastic junk. If you’re in need of a pet door Moore is the place for it, yes they are a little costly but what you get back from your investment is worth it. I will never own another pet door from any other company, quality materials, quality workmanship, quality customer service ! Thank You, Moore Pet Supplies !

Friendly , very helpful ,patient, abundantly knowledgeable salesman just helped me determine which pet door is the best for our 13-year-old German Shepherd. He kindly presented options & graciously sent me a vivid color chart , so I could order it today without delay. In today’s world of being “ put on hold“ , high dollar sales pitches & unanswered questions... I want to say THANK-YOU , for a very nice ordering experience !

Excellent dog door. Our 4 Irish Wolfhounds can now go out and return when they want. The Behemoth dog door fits them just fine.

I purchased a sliding glass doggie door insert and I love it! Very easy to install although I had to use the Styrofoam that it was packaged with to keep it sturdy at the top of the rail, it fit perfectly! Also very fast delivery time. Thank you!

Excellent product and customer service. Ordered the xl door for our screen door. I had a local company install it for us as we were replacing the full screen also. The door is great. Well constructed and works wonderfully. Our one door took to it right away and we are still working with the other dog to pass through it. Would definitely recommend this products.
