RecommendedI just ordered our third dog door from Moore Pet Supplies. By this I mean we moved and left one at the old house, had to have another one. We have a second home and have one there too. I even installed that one myself! Not hard if you have the know-how. These dog doors are durable and the dual flap keeps out much of the cold air. We are happy.

I ordered a dog door along with a sliding locking bar mechanism for my glass slider. While I can say that the dog door itself seems to be working fine and is nice quality, the lock does not fit my slider. I called the company to exchange the item for a different kind of lock and they issued me a return number but told me I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. RecommendedI have had a Moore pet door for over 30 years on several doors. I work long days and it gives my dogs the comfort of being inside but the ability to go out. I have replaced the door flap several times. ordering and installation is so easy.
