My mother was showing signs of needing more help, and could no longer live alone. She was not happy with the idea of moving to an Assisted Living community, but she has been at Quintessence for a few months now and she is THRIVING!!! I rate the very best for all of these categories that our listed. Morada Quintessence is an excellent place. Based on the experience we have had so far we would by all means recommend the community to other families and in fact already have.
I am a new resident of Morada Quintessence and so far my experience has been fantastic. Care staff is so nice and always there when I need them, I have already made new friends, and am so happy I made the move.
I am currently a resident at Morada Quintessence and overall things have been good for me so far at this facility. The caregivers are very nice. Communication with my family has been good, the staff communicates very well. The move in process went very well. It was smooth! The housekeeping is done once a week and the housekeepers are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Morada Quintessence to others.
My mother has been living in Morada Quintessence for eight months. It is an exceptional place. The rooms are large and bright. The facility is always clean. The staff is caring and gives excellent individual attention to the residents!
I would recommend Morada Quintessence to others. This facility is a great value! The staff are cheerful and sweet. The move in process was fine. The meals are very mediocre, but my mother in law can't taste things anyway. It's a bit hard to get ahold of staff. They don't return calls right away. The quality of care is fine. We don't need much. The cleanliness and friendliness are great!
I highly recommend this. My dad has been resident for a few months he is always complimenting the care that he been receiving. The staff is been very friendly. It gives me a peace of mind. Im grateful for all the staff.
My mom has been a resident at Morada Quintessence for about a year now. She cannot be more happier. Since we moved her in she has been thriving and gets great care. She loves all the care staff. I’m so happy we moved her to this place.
My mom has been hesitant with a move to an Assisted Living community, but it was time after her last fall. The community is under a facelift and already looks so much nicer. The care staff has been a 10 out of 10. My mom feels safe, is very happy, and we couldn't be more pleased. THANK YOU!!!
