MBB is a life and money saver! I had an X-ray read by my pcp who found nothing. I went to hospital where MBB read the exam and found a fracture. Without them it would have been left untreated. My insurance tried to get out of paying, so I got in touch with their client relations. She ensured a thorough review of my claim was done and the phenomenal team at MBB appealed on my behalf so I had no out of pocket. I highly recommend being treated at a facility in the area who uses MBB for radiology. They are the best!
Tried to pay my bill. Online account shows zero balance. Contact for assistance which is overseas, they show I have a balance but online I have no balance. All they can suggest is to send a payment by mail no way to fix the account I have used to pay my bill for several years. Tried to contact MBB Radiology at the number listed online from their website but when you select anything with your bill it is either a recording or they send you to the overseas group. I am giving 0 stars for MBB. They charged me $462.00 for an annual mammogram. Due to this astronomical charge, I will NEVER GET A MAMMOGRAM AGAIN.
Did not send bill to my insurance even though the service they provided was in the same hospital that was easily able to bill my insurance. Actually, I have NEVER had a medical bill sent DIRECTLY to me. Due date for the bill to be paid is 1/12/2025 ($1,471 from a single scan) and the company told me TODAY AS OF 12/27/2024 to not worry about the bill since they are NOW AFTER I CALLED THEM sending it to my insurance. On 10/1/24 I received a bill stating "final bill, sending to collections". This is the first and only bill. Called the number on the bill and was told this is now under review, Should hear back within ***** business day. Was told I should get my $500,00 back. Called back on 11/6/24 to check on this and was told to wait another ***** day. I am the Personal Representative for a family member and this complaint is against Radiology Associates of Florida and their parent company MBB Radiology. On 2/23/24 Radiology Associates of Florida advised me they would submit a $2526 bill to Medicare for services at Sarasota Memorial Hospital on 11/29/23. I received a charity write off from the hospital that ordered imaging, so I emailed and faxed the required documents to the business 6 times over the course of 1.5 years so they could process the charity payment. For over 18 months they refused to process my application, very intentionally.Their customer support are strictly required to never allow you to talk to a supervisor, regardless of when you call. I inadvertently paid $347.00 for services received in September which my insurance eventually covered. I have sent several EMAILS, with no response, asking for a refund. I have also made several calls requesting a refund. Still no refund. I already filed a complaint to the *** at ftc.gov to report this outfit's unscrupulous business practices. Next week I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Florida State Attorney General.
