Same here, in collections with no idea anything was owed. This was paid from BCBS and I had already met my out.of pocket **** This company needs to be investigated by the Feds once again for fraud and shut down for good.

I am showing that BCBS paid and took their money back for coordination of benefits. I show that we sent out multiple bills between 07/03/2021 to 10/03/2022, no phone calls were made to our patient experience. Was billed by a ******************** At ************************************************************* to collect $58.31. I owed $4.61 to the ************************** BCBS Florida which I paid. Why are they ripping people off repeatedly. What happens to my credit? Who is over seeing Mori Bean &Brooks who initially hired this collection agency?

Unethical and fraudulent. I have been trying to wrap up this billing nightmare for 10 months. They have failed to bill my insurance and send me an itemized accounting for what I owe.I have verified my insurance and have been reassured that it would taken care of. It has now been sent to collections.I was supposed to have a repeat ultrasound 3 months ago because of abnormal results. Horrific billing practices!!!

Wrongful billing practice. MBB sent my account balance of $4.77 to collections without ever sending me a bill!!! After receiving a collections notice I called MBB billing and rep confirmed no bill was sent me after payment from my insurer was received. Also spoke with collections company rep who had been told that MBB has to bill or notify client of outstanding charge 3 times before sending to collections. It looks like you have called in and paid the balance, The balance of $4.77 was removed from collections.
This company sent me to collections a year ago and I had paid online. However when you pay online there is no option to print once your balance is zero. I have been paying by check ever since I had that online experience. I got my statement in June and I mailed the check.I get another **** statement in August same service same date same amount of money. I called them today August 15 stated that they deposited my check on July 5 but they sent me to collections anyway. There is no telling how many people have been double bille... read more
