Once I was able to determine that the payment request was legitimate and not a scam text. The payment process after opening an account was fairly smooth. I believe better communication is needed rather simply a text message. Perhaps an email with a link to the invoice etc. Thank you

I received a text asking for payment. I thought it was a scam and ignored it. When I got the second text, I went to your website and verified that it was real. I used the website to pay my bill. That was easy. I didn’t receive an email or a bill by mail. I receive a lot of fake texts to my phone. Yours did not look official, and I was suspicious.
