They have helped three generations of our family with business and personal storage needs in a professional, efficient, and friendly way. The facility is attractive, safe, well maintained and in the heart of “Old Town” Katy.

I used their truck today. It is so convenient having a truck I can readily use for just 30 min. PLUS, Vanessa is great!!! So professional and corteous!!!

Vanessa is such a great manager! When I was out of town and couldn’t drive 15hrs to check on my unit. I called Vanessa and she went out of her way to help me find what I thought I had lost (my USB with wedding photos). She found it in my unit and even mailed it to me. Muchas gracias Vanessa!
