I came here just interested in a storage room but wow the customer service was awesome! Richelle and Netta were amazing and helped me with any problems i had with smiles on our faces! Walked out purchasing a room without and doubts and happy about everything! If you need a storage unit youd be mistaken to go to anyone else but them!!!!

I am writing to let you all know how much Ms. Van and Ms Netta value customers! I recently heard Ms. Van retired and so happy for her, but she will be missed. They have great customer service. They took time to explain everything. Ms. Netta is a bright light and very helpful in all she does. She is a great asset to Morningstar. My family has stored here many times and we are back again. Also, the building that I am in, the AC was not working properly, we let them know and they got on it to get service scheduled to get it... read more

If I could give 6 stars to the Morningstar facility in Katy, Tx., I would. Mrs. Van, the Manager, goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome and that everything is taken care of. Her Office Assistant, Netta, is equally Friendly and awesome to work with. Both ladies are very professional and know their business. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and in first class condition. I wish I had found Morningstar Storage sooner, and I recommend it to everyone. Dwain Hensley Katy, Texas

I recently had a need for a storage space. In years past I had spaces at several of the storage facilities that are located in Katy and to be quite honest , none of my experiences had been very good. However during the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, I remembered the superior service I received from Mrs. Van Washington at Morningstar Storage.
