Morningstar Storage - Katy provides excellent service. Van and Gabriela were extremely helpful to me in my urgent need for storage space. The 24 hour access is a definite plus and the air conditioned units are colder than my home. I HIGHLY recommend Morningstar Storage - Katy to go above and beyond satisfying your storage needs.

Morningstar Storage was so helpful to accommodate my husband and I when we needed another storage unit last minute when our plans fell through. They also allowed us use of the truck in the wee hours of the morning before another group needed it even though they could have just said it was booked for the day. Our stuff stayed clean and dry, and we always had access to it.

I went in today to get information on some units I needed and Melanie spattery welcomed me as I walked in she took me through what I need and what I could get into the size I need and all the offer y’all had it was a gray experience and I am going to definitely use y’all thank you Melanie spattery for your help

Our non-profit has been renting 4 to 7 units since 2017. Van W. has been pleasant, kind, and extra-ordinary in helping us all the time! From finding units near each other, to offering assistance with moving truck, tolerating children being on property for our clean up days and supplying water and bathroom access. In over 10 years, this is the best storage location in the greater Katy Area! Ask for Van and tell her KVPAC says hello and we will see her soon!

In 2016, I relocated to Katy from Galveston. I wanted to move my storage units to Katy from Galveston so my son and I visited the storage location which was not Morningstar at the time. When Morningstar acquired that location I remained there and eventually met Van. The location (Highway Blvd) is a great, clean and wonderful storage facility.
