Rochelle is the BEST! This is the only place I found in Katy that promised not to increase rent for at least twelve months!

This is my second time using Morning Star for my storage needs and I have not been disappointed. Mrs. Netta helped me get set up and it was such a great experience. I called with some questions and she was so pleasant. When I came in store to finalized my rental she was still such a joy. I 100% recommend Morning Star Storage.

Netta is the best! I've been there for 3 years. The 1st 2 years were great with Mrs. Van. Then new management came in and things changed. The new manager isn't willing to work with anyone during hard times. My rent went up again after new management and new rules. The place is very clean and kept up.

I came here just interested in a storage room but wow the customer service was awesome! Richelle and Netta were amazing and helped me with any problems i had with smiles on our faces! Walked out purchasing a room without and doubts and happy about everything! If you need a storage unit youd be mistaken to go to anyone else but them!!!!
