I came to the storage unit to clean out my families unit yesterday. I had to make a few trips to the office and ask a bunch of questions. Ashanti was so nice and helped me with everything. I hope all the people working there are that awesome! Thank you, Ashanti, for helping me and my family!

I had previously been with Public Storage for 16 months. During that time they either raised or attempted to raise my monthly rate on my 3 storage units at least 12 times with no apparent reason other then assuming that I wouldn’t take the time or spend the money to move my belongings.
