Vernard and Ashley were so helpful and nice! Vernard personally showed me two different units so I was able to see them before renting. They made the rental process very easy!

Praise report for Ashley Scott. I walked in after 1 hour of visiting different storage facilities. Ms. Scott greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns. I had questions she had answers. Ms. Scott thoroughly explained the process of storage, sizes and offers the company provided. The facility was clean and well secured. I had a feeling of peace. I now have a small storage unit for the first time in my life.

Vernard Blake is a very wonderful person, who's professionalism is well projected in everything he does. Incredibly thorough with all aspects of the self-storage process @ morningstar storage. I recommend this location on Voss Road very much. The location is very clean and easy to navigate. I give five stars indeed.

Blake and Ashley have been nothing short of amazing! I was able to come in and rent a storage unit. I was greeted upon entering and it was amazing! Their customer service is exceptional.

Blake was very knowledgeable about his facility. He was able to give the best advice and help over the phone without even seeing what we were moving. Gave us the perfect match for us and went above and beyond to help us in short notice and on a holiday. Will return and and recommend.
