I have never had a storage facility literally go above and beyond for me the way that the morningstar on voss has done for me, it's made this move so much better and trust me that is hard to find these days. I like all the staff here and one of the nicest property manager ever named Blake who is always so genuine and concerned about any issues I have!! Thanks guys keep up the great work! I really found a diamond in the rough.

The customer service at Morningstar is exceptional and the facilities are clean, dry and well lit. I've used other storage facilities in the past and there is no comparison. Ashley helped me coordinate a complex move and the manager received my furniture and assisted the mover to get it stored safe and sound. I highly recommend this facility.

Excellent customer service! Mr. Blake ensures you have everything you need to have a successful experience. Very neat and tidy location, great facilities and good rates. Very patient and honest providing accurate prices and storage measurements. All items for your moving at a very good price. Need anything, just ask Mr. Blake. He will take care of it. I was impressed!

There are lots of climate-controlled choices around, and I went with Morningstar Voss because 1) it was spotless, and it seemed like that was a point of pride, and 2) Vernard made the experience excellent and was extremely helpful in the process and explained my options. At no time did it feel like an up-sale. I recommend working with Vernard, who will guide the process smoothly, even when you are a first-time storage unit renter like myself.
