The customer service at Morningstar is exceptional and the facilities are clean, dry and well lit. I've used other storage facilities in the past and there is no comparison. Ashley helped me coordinate a complex move and the manager received my furniture and assisted the mover to get it stored safe and sound. I highly recommend this facility.
Excellent customer service! Mr. Blake ensures you have everything you need to have a successful experience. Very neat and tidy location, great facilities and good rates. Very patient and honest providing accurate prices and storage measurements. All items for your moving at a very good price. Need anything, just ask Mr. Blake. He will take care of it. I was impressed!
Very helpful staff. They explained all the options and helped out on details when we toured the facility. Wine storage is well kept and temperature is perfect.

There are lots of climate-controlled choices around, and I went with Morningstar Voss because 1) it was spotless, and it seemed like that was a point of pride, and 2) Vernard made the experience excellent and was extremely helpful in the process and explained my options. At no time did it feel like an up-sale. I recommend working with Vernard, who will guide the process smoothly, even when you are a first-time storage unit renter like myself.

Vernard and Ashley were so helpful and nice! Vernard personally showed me two different units so I was able to see them before renting. They made the rental process very easy!
Praise report for Ashley Scott. I walked in after 1 hour of visiting different storage facilities. Ms. Scott greeted me with a smile and listened to my concerns. I had questions she had answers. Ms. Scott thoroughly explained the process of storage, sizes and offers the company provided. The facility was clean and well secured. I had a feeling of peace. I now have a small storage unit for the first time in my life.
Vernard Blake is a very wonderful person, who's professionalism is well projected in everything he does. Incredibly thorough with all aspects of the self-storage process @ morningstar storage. I recommend this location on Voss Road very much. The location is very clean and easy to navigate. I give five stars indeed.
