We were thoroughly impressed by the entire team at Lisa Wiles MIG. Everyone was professional but personable and made us feel like our home loan was the most important they were working on. Everyone was knowledgeable and they were able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Communication was excellent, they updated us regularly throughout the process and any questions we had was responded to very quickly. I would recommend this office to any and everyone.

Suzanne was amazing for our first time home buying experience! She was so thorough and very informative in regards to the documents that we were to expect, sign, and approve. Anytime we had any questions she provided us her personal cell phone, and never made us feel bad for asking a hundred question or to get clarification. Well to start this off right I had an unusual case. I go back a few years with Donna and her team. I was in the process of buying a home and just 4 days before I close the rug got pulled out under my feet. This had nothing to do with Donna and her amazing staff. Perfect process no questions or issues. Lindsay and Madi were the best I could hope for and I don’t even know if I had to do anything other than give her my info over the phone and I closed 3 weeks later.
