We already had spoken to a Mortgage Company which we felt okay about to get our pre-qualification and pre-approval. After one house fell through, Kristin and her team picked up the ball and took our mortgage across the finish line on the second (better quality) home. Being a family unfamiliar with all the paperwork required for a mortgage, Kristin and her team took us by the hand and lead us through the finical maze ultimately meeting the deadline to close on our Beautifully Built Ben Testerman Home. Kristin and her staff are great, they really came through for us when our previous bank was dragging their feet and risking us closing on time, Kristin and her team stepped up and got our loan completed ahead of time and with a lower interest rate. Thanks again highly recommended!

We had a great experience in the loan process with Taylor. She was always very responsive and helped guide us through the process the entire way. There were even times when we needed something from her (that probably didn't need to get done at that very moment) in which she dropped what she was doing to complete it. She helped bridge the communication between real estate agents as well. We were able to close on time which was very important in our case. Thanks, Taylor!

Recently my wife and I bought our dream retirement home in East Tenn. The lender I had originally chose took 60 days to get close to closing even after letting them know that they were nearly making me homeless.
