I have known Richard Swan since childhood and trust him implicitly. I thought in the recent rate downtown that there was an opportunity to refinance and expected to go with a 15 year refi. I think when rates are low and demand is high, many lenders just go for the low hanging fruit. I had a number of lenders quickly determine there was no way to get a loan done after checking off a few boxes. Being self employed and trying to refinance income property, I knew my loan wasn't going to be easy. It took some work but the folks at MIG know what they are doing and made it happen.
