As a Realtor, I have referred clients to Mano for several years, but, more importantly, my husband and I have used him for our own personal home purchases as well (multiple). This is about my 4th loan with Lisa and her team. What makes MIG and Lisa different is they anticipate specific underwriting requests up front so that most documentation can be supplied in the beginning (there will of course always be a few things needed to be updated or along the way). They do their homework early so there is not a panic (as with a lot of lenders) a week before closing with underwriting asking for a bunch of new doc's and conditions - especially important to me as I am self-employed.
