Andrew was helpful right from the start on the pre-approval process through to closing (on time). He kept in constant contact and assisted us through the sometimes complex process. It helped that he had a good relationship with our realtor which helped the communication immensely.

Kristin and the other girls at Mortgage Investors Group were so helpful and made our lending process very easy. Kristin was easy to contact and was willing to walk my boyfriend and I through each step. We were buying our first home and didnt know much about the lending process but she made us feel confident and let us ask as many questions as we needed. Had a great experience with J.T. Communication was prompt, was guided through the paperwork, and she made sure that documents were made available, even outside of regular business hours. Guidelines and loan details were clearly laid out. Would highly recommend!
