It was a pleasure to work with Greg Mathews at Mortgage Investors Group in Knoxville. Greg was knowledgeable and responsive to all my detailed questions... and reliable in accomplishing the task at hand. He was patient, thorough, and kept the ball rolling with the process being completed in the time frame promised. Ms. Kim Swan is really fit on her job because she is very accommodating person. She is well oriented of what to explain to the client. For our experience with my husband Ms. Kim was really doing her best so that she can help us in purchasing a house. She showed a nice attitude that made us not to be hesitant to see her though we have no appointment with her and always telling us if we have questions just let her know.

Greg was great! Awesome company to work with, very helpful and insightful. Will not deceive you or hide costs like some other companies, he went out of his way to help me, even on a holiday weekend. I definitely recommend him & his company MIG

Greg was fantastic! This was my first time as a home buyer and without him it would have went no where! He walked ya through the process and explained everything! He really went above and beyond with us when others said it can’t be done! Thank you Greg for all your work and what you did for us!

Just closed on my new home, and must say that from the first phone call all the way through to closing, my experience with Lorie Jaynes and the staff at Mortgage Investors Group was excellent. Lorie's communications were always friendly, helpful, and most of all, prompt. She always made me feel like my loan was a top priority and I am confident that her diligent work got us through to closing on time, which I cannot say about a different mortgage provider that handled my previous home purchase. Taylor held my hand every step of the way. She's extremely friendly and always accessible. I couldn't ask for anyone better to lead me into owning my own home. Even after i moved in, she has still been my go to person for any questions or assistance I've needed. Must say I'm highly satisfied.
