Kim Martin is an absolute professional all the way from the first call to closing. She really knows what she is doing and uses that knowledge and expertise to look out for her customers at every turn. Kim, was extremely professional, organized, scheduled and communication was amazing. With so many variables in the home buying process it was nice to have such an involved loan officer. She was able to easily break all the information down and explain it, whenever we had issues. She was always timely and professional throughout the entire process. As long as Kim is providing valuable customer service to home buyers, I would highly recommend working with her.

Kim was phenomenal to work with during our house buying process. She was so sweet and always eager to help. She answered any and all questions that we had in a timely manner and walked us through the entire process. We will 100% go through Kim again if we ever move!
