I would like to say that I've heard horror stories about friends home buying experience, but with Mr. Mano made my experience stressless. He is an amazing person to work with and he is very compassionate about what he does for his customers. Mr. Mano explained things to me that I didn't understand, was patient and available when he was need. I woukd highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially a first time home owner like myself. You won't regret your decision.

Kristin and her team exceeded all my expectations in my home buying experience. They were always available to help with my many questions either through email and by phone.
Met Mike through two Realtors and MIG radio advertising. We're glad we did. Mike was willing and did come to our residence to explain items of mortgage and legal aspect to taking out a loan. This included numerous pages of all aspects of the loan and how much a down payment would decrease our monthly payments to include P.I.T. and HOI; and how so much down payment eliminated Private Mortgage Insurance a substantial saving over the life of the loan.
