Autumn was very friendly and easy to work with. She informed me on a timely basis on what was going on. Her staff was also very competent. I would recomend her if you are in the market for a new home or if you are just looking to refinance. In the end we actually closed a little early which was great since our other house had sold and we were in a motel.
